The  manuscript review fee is 600 yuan per article, which is not required to be paid by the author and shall be borne by our journal. The author needs to pay paper charge after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. The paper charge standard is 200 yuan / 1,000 words (pictures converted into words ) and 300 yuan graphic processing fees. We will send three copies to the author after publication.
